District Governor Michelle Holcomb emphasized refocusing on business networking to drive membership growth
District Governor's Address:
Rotary is about business.
District Governor encouraged the following:
- Inviting local business owners to meetings to share with them the networking
- possibilities to drive membership growth.
- Have members regularly share about their professions during club meetings
- Encouraged clubs to invite 1-2 local business owners to each meeting
- Promoted Rotary license plate program ($17 of $25 fee goes to district)
- Requested all members add photos to club database for better connections
- Reminded about upcoming District Conference on May 2 and 3, 2025.
