Desert Edge sophomore Logan Trainor has been selected the February 2026 Student of the Month for Outstanding Achievement in Vocational/CTE Excellence.
Logan was nominated by his teacher Mr. Adam Genga who shared this narrative:
Logan Trainor is our nomination for outstanding achievement in Vocational and CTE Excellence in Sports Medicine. Logan demonstrates an exceptional understanding of the course content and consistently applies his knowledge at the highest level. He is often the student his classmates look to for accurate answers and deeper insight. Despite being one of the most knowledgeable students in the program, Logan remains humble and reserved, frequently allowing others the opportunity to respond before sharing his own expertise. His strong work ethic, quiet confidence, and commitment to mastering his craft exemplify the very best of Career and Technical Education. Logan’s skills, character, and dedication make him a highly deserving recipient of this recognition.
