Please join us to celebrate the 14 amazing students from Millennium and Desert Edge high Schools who received achievement awards throughout this school year. Two students were selected each month as the Outstanding Student at their school in various disciplines, including Leadership, Fine Arts, Community Outreach, Overcoming Adversity, Science, CTE/Vocational, and Academic Excellence. Each student has a Watts of Love Solar Light delivered in their name to a family in Kenya which helps raise the recipients out of poverty. You will learn more about this program and hear why these students were selected by their teachers to receive their award. Refreshments will be served. |
